I Got More Than My Money's Worth - He Is As Solid As They Come

Al fixed the furnace in no time. I am very happy with all the information he provided me... We have heat and a great person to call if anything goes wrong with the AC or heat again! I got more than my money's worth. Be very kind to this gentleman. He is as solid as they come.

Truly an Outstanding Company

This company is one of the most professional I have hired since moving into my old house in 2002! They went out of their way to fit me into their schedule, fixed the problem economically without doing extra work, and made sure I understood the process and work they were performing. Truly an outstanding company and I would recommend them to anyone needing any air conditioning or heating work.

They did the work after 5:00 and so that I didn't have to take any vacation time -- very considerate!

Hottest Day of the Year - Came So Fast and Helped Me Fix the Problem

They were all very professional and did an outstanding job. They started the job and finished on time and even came out right away when there was a short in the wiring from being an old house. Carreon went ahead and fixed it for me.

It was the hottest day of the year, and I was still moving into my house and they came so fast and helped fix the problem. They all were very professional and had great attitudes. Their skill was also excellent and I would call on them again. I liked that they went beyond my expectations and served my needs by putting the A/C unit on my roof. I would definitely recommend this company.

Lower Price, Better Product

Description of Work: A new air conditioner and heater were installed. A few vents were also replaced.

Comments: I called for an estimate, they came on the same day. They gave an estimate that was lower than others I received for a better product. We chose the unit and they came to prep the area and determined that the unit we chose would not fit. They gave us an upgrade for the same price. They did the work over two days. They were very careful moving the big unit down our stairs and did not scratch our walls...they only had about an inch on each side. It was pretty impressive. They cleaned up after themselves and went over the work with us.
